Some weddings are just magical and this was one of them! Working with Sarah & Andre and their families was a true pleasure. We thought out every detail together to make sure that the day reflected the personality of the bride & groom – patient, thoughtful, gentle and kind.
The day started out with a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Green Bay Botanical Garden. Sarah looked stunning in her lace gown and even with a first look beforehand Andre still teared up as he saw his bride walk down the aisle. Originally anticipating rain, it was a true miracle that the showers held off and we stayed dry the entire time!
We carried the romantic-garden theme into their reception decor at Oneida Golf & Country Club. To set the tone early on with their invites, Sarah & Andre had a gorgeous custom watercolor monogram created which we then also incorporated throughout the decor in items like their programs, the dance floor, custom tablecloths, pillows, menus, and more. The room was filled with a mixture of beautiful floral arrangements of white hydrangeas and soft roses along with lush greenery garlands. They chose to forgo the traditional sit-down dinner and instead had a fantastic selection of dinner stations. Sarah & Andre put a lot of thought into their guests’ experience and wanted this to be a fun evening so to kick off the reception they had Midwest Dueling Pianos provide the entertainment while their family and friends ate and drank. After the stations were complete they transitioned to their DJ, Shaun Anthony Signature Entertainment, and the dance floor started to fill up all the way until the bridal exit – which was a lit up balloon release!
Truly an unforgettable day for one of the sweetest couples! We were honored to be a part of it <3
