Some events hold a special place in your heart, not only for the passion behind it but because it’s the ultimate dream in your mind, brought to life. Two months ago we had the honor to work on this fabulous event for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay! Every year we help with their Winemakers and A Taste of Wine & Cheese events. It’s a crazy marathon week with 2 different events back-to-back but it always turns out so good! This year was special, it was the organization’s 50th anniversary, which meant we needed to kick it up a notch.

The Winemaker’s event was held in Lambeau Field’s atrium. Typically a wide open 5 story area that makes any group feel small, they wanted the grandeur of the space while creating an intimate atmosphere. And that’s what we did 🙂 With months of planning, brainstorming, and collaborating with some amazing vendors everything came together. The end result was a self contained structure with white drape surrounding the space. A mixture of lighting elements including chandeliers, uplighting and candles added to the ambiance. The big surprise of the night was when the curtains pulled back to reveal an impropmtu dance party with Star Six Nine performing live on stage!

This amazing organization does so much to help the youth in our community and this event is such a great way for people to give back. Huge thanks to all the wonderful volunteers and staff at the Boys & Girls Club! And so much vendor love to some of the area’s best talent!! We’ll let the beautiful images by Shaunae Teske Photography do the rest of the talking 🙂
